City Hall „The Onion“

London’s City Hall aka „The Onion“ or „Darth Vader’s helmet“ is the place where the Mayor of London has his/her office. It was designed by Norman Foster + Partners who also built „The Gherkin“ http://www.glotter.com/entry-1468 The modern building opened in July 2002.
