City Hall «The Onion»
London’s City Hall aka «The Onion» or «Darth Vader’s helmet» is the place where the Mayor of London has his/her office. It was designed by Norman Foster + Partners who also built «The Gherkin» http://www.glotter.com/entry-1468 The modern building opened in July 2002.
