City Hall « The Onion »

London’s City Hall aka « The Onion » or « Darth Vader’s helmet » is the place where the Mayor of London has his/her office. It was designed by Norman Foster + Partners who also built « The Gherkin » http://www.glotter.com/entry-1468 The modern building opened in July 2002.
