The headquarters of Amazon.com are locted in the PacMed building (an old military hospital) in Seattle/Washington. Amazon was launched in 1995 by Jeff Bezos and became the global leader in e-commerce. Subsidiaries of Amazon are the search engine A9, IMDb, Alexa, etc.
