Simply Yoga

Welcome to Simply Yoga. We are a yoga studio based in Crow Nest, NSW. We offer a wide range of yoga classes that are suitable for different goals. We have general classes to provide the foundation of yoga practice, accomplished classes for a deeper study of yoga and advances classes to teach all the postures. We also provide therapy classes for those who can’t attend general classes due to injury, illness, chronic complaints (arthritis, fatigue, menopause, depression, insomnia, asthma) or even general stiffness.
