Linie Aquavit is a Norwegian liquor that travels around the world for 19 weeks before it gets bottled. The duration of the sea passage, the ships constant, regular rolling, the changing temperatures, the sea air and crossing the equator twice – all these enhance and balance the aroma of aquavit. It visits more than 35 countries and each bottle of Linie Aquavit carries a description of its worldwide sailing route via Australia on the rear side of the label, stating the departure and arrival dates.
