La Brea Tar Pits

The famous La Brea Tar Pits are located in Hancock Park in the center of Los Angeles. In the last century many prehistoric fossils were discovered at this site. La Prea also appeared in many movies and TV series like Last Action Hero (Arnold Schwarzenegger falls into the tar pits), etc.
