Gumball 3000 (August 2008) The Gumball 3000 (3000 miles) is an international rally (Motto "It's not a Race, It's a Rally") on public roads. The event takes place every year since 1999. In August 2008 the organizers celebrate their 10th anniversary. Start is in San Francisco with checkpoints in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, a flight to Nanjing (China) and Shanghai. Goal is Beijing where the Olympic Games take place. Stonehenge and replicas Throughout the USA are these (funny) replicas of the famous Stonehenge stone formation.
