House of "Malcolm in the middle"
House where the hit series "Malcolm in the middle" was filmed: 12334 Cantura Street, Studio City, Los Angeles [Update] Unfortunately the house has been torn down. So sad :-( The map and the Streetview imagery already show the new house!
House where 'Charmed' was filmed
This is the house where the three sisters Prue, Piper & Phoebe Halliwell lived in the TV series 'Charmed' (1998 - 2006). The house is located in LA but the series takes place in San Francisco.

Maho Beach in St. Maarten on Netherlands Antilles is famous for its spectacular plane landings at Princess Juliana Airport.
One of the most famous streets in San Francisco is the curvy Lombard Street. It's a one-way street from west to east.
U2 - Where the streets have no name
The video for "Where the streets have no name" was filmed on the rooftop of a liquor store in Downtown/Los Angeles in 1987. Unfortunately the local police shut down the video shoot because large crowds gathered on surrounding streets and blocked the traffic. The Music video won the Grammy for Best Performance Music Video in 1989.

The world's largest moose
Aka "The Trojan Moose" is a plan to build a restaurant, concert hall and conference center inside a wooden moose. It is located in Sweden on top of Vithatten mountain.

The Witch's House (Spadena House) in Culver City/Beverly Hills was built in 1921 for a movie studio. Nowadays the house is privately owned.

Cool animation spot ("Play-Doh Bunnies" by Passion Pictures) filmed for Sony Bravia in August 2007. Location: Foley Square, New York City. Music: The Rolling Stones - She's a Rainbow. Some interesting statistics: 40 animators; 189 2ft bunnies; 150 1ft cubes; a 30ft giant rabbit and a 10ft x 20ft purple wave; 2.5 tonnes of plasticine.
