Google has created a "Getting Started" video for Google Maps. It should help educate people about the features in Google Maps.
Funny and interesting Google(TM) Maps Views Here is a selection of some nice map-segments you can find via Google Maps. Please note that the "aerial imagery" database will be updated sooner or later. So it's possible that several Markers I created will be outdated sometime. Google Maps "Getting Started" video Google has created a "Getting Started" video for Google Maps. "Street View" introduction Google has created a introduction for the Street View feature in Google Maps. If you want to see Street View in action you can use the new GLOTTER Street View service http://www.glotter.com/streetview And the best of all - from now on you can even embed Street View in your own GLOTTER entries! Tutorial: KML creation with other applications Besides the creation tool of GLOTTER you can also use third-party-tools within Google Maps, Google Earth or Google Spreadsheets to create, import and edit KML. When you have created your KML you can upload it to a new GLOTTER entry. When you have finished creating your KML you can upload the file to a new entry and promote it on GLOTTER! BTW: If this tutorial is too complicated for you you can still use GLOTTER's easy Marker creation tool ;-) Google Inc. headquarters The Google Inc. headquarters (Googleplex) are located in Mountain View, California. It consists of one large roundabout with five small roundabouts in the center. Chiat/Day Building, Venice Beach The Chiat/Day Building is home to "DDB" an advertising company - the huge binoculars are housing a conference room and were designed by Frank Gehry.
