Welcome to www.GLOTTER.com! GLOTTER is a free service available for everyone. That's why we have to arrange some "behavioral rules" which you can find below. Beyond the terms we appeal to the "common sense" of every user of this Community to use this website in all conscience.
The website (and possibly third parties) uses cookies to ensure that different settings (e.g. language settings, login settings, password) of a current session can be provided.
Terms of Use GLOTTER

The website www.GLOTTER.com (GLOTTER) provides its service based on this agreement. When registering to this Plattform every user accepts the following terms. The terms of use may be adapted anytime.
Registration
GLOTTER doesn't charge for the service. All data have to be correct and need to relate to the person/company that registers. Every user grants the provider of GLOTTER the rights to store the data.
Passwords have to be kept secret. If an account is not in use ("no Login within 12 months") the userdata may be deleted.
Privacy
Personal data of third parties may only be published when approved by the person.
The original copyright of all published data has to be respected.
GLOTTER sets a high value on protecting the privacy and in keeping the user data save. All data are stored in a database using appropriate security measures.
The person that registers allows GLOTTER to contact him/her via e-Mail.
Personal data may only be passed on, if the affected user agreed or if GLOTTER entertains suspicion that laws were violated.
The access to the database is restricted to GLOTTER-internal persons or to companies that are assigned by GLOTTER or companies that are related to GLOTTER. All persons that get access to the data have to dispose a confidentiality agreement.
If GLOTTER is involved in a merger or takeover, the data may be passed on for their intended purpose.
Content: "Give and Take"
Every user is responsible for the content that is published. Users grant the worldwide GLOTTER-Community the right to use the content without any charge. If a membership ends - volontarily or non-volontarily - the right to offer the entries still persists.
GLOTTER takes no responsibility for content of external websites.
Offering (directly/indirectly) the following content (text, image, video, sound files) is strictly forbidden. Every user should report inappropriate content:
material, that could harm the privacy of any person
pornographic material
illegal material
material that could be related to right wing extremists
material that is not in possession of the editor and therefor violates copyright terms
chain letters, Pyramid scheme or similar things
transmission of viruses or worms
If published worldmaps, comments or similar contents don't apply to the terms of use, the provider of GLOTTER may delete the concerned data.
Indemnity
Users are responsible for their published contents. GLOTTER or involved persons/organisations are released from any claims for compensation (see also "Consequences").
Description of Service
The service of the basic application is freely available. GLOTTER cannot grant a 100% availability of its service. The Embedding of worldmaps into external websites can be used for non-commercial purposes only. The access to the worldmaps may not be restrained by any measures. A maximum of 100 markers can be added per entry.
Consequences
If an user violates any of the terms - and GLOTTER takes cognizance of it - the inappropriate contents will be deleted. Furthermore the user account may be deleted and the IP-adress may be blocked to avoid access to the website. In certain cases the executive authority may be called in.

As GLOTTER uses the technology of a third party everyone has to accept the "Terms of Use" of Google Maps http://www.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html
General information
Every use, modification or duplication of information, text or images which source is this website, requires a written statement of GLOTTER! Applied law is Austrian/EU-law.
