The massive Zambezi is the fourth largest river in the entire African continent and makes its way to flow into the Indian Ocean. One of the best places to visit in Botswana is the Chobe National Park. This is only one of the great areas that the wildlife is allowed to roam free under protection in Africa, but it is popular. This is also the third largest park in the entire country, only smaller than the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and Gemsbok National Park. This was the first national park in the country, and therefore is the most diverse. One of the best things about the Chobe National Park is the large concentration of elephant families that reside there. These draw attention from all over the continent.
