Besides the creation tool of GLOTTER you can also use third-party-tools within Google Maps, Google Earth or Google Spreadsheets to create, import and edit KML. When you have created your KML you can upload it to a new GLOTTER entry.

When you have finished creating your KML you can upload the file to a new entry and promote it on GLOTTER!

BTW: If this tutorial is too complicated for you you can still use GLOTTER's easy Marker creation tool ;-)
